Workers, students, and their families from various labor unions, including Justice for Janitors and UNITE HERE Local 2, march on May Day in San Francisco to demand higher wages, access to healthcare, and fair workloads. Beginning at Union Square, this year’s march and rally also called for international solidarity with Palestine.

Organizers from BAYAN Northern California and Anakbayan Daly City voiced their support for migrant workers and demanded the release of the “U.S. Emba 6,” who were arrested during a May Day rally near the United States Embassy in Manila, Philippines.
